Music and Worship Arts
Worship is the heartbeat of our congregation here at Lake Magdalene United Methodist. We strive to make our worship inspiring, challenging, and relevant to the present culture, while retaining traditions of Christianity and the church. We involve various age groups, lay persons as well as staff, and a variety of art forms to enhance the worship experience.
We currently offer two Sunday morning worship services that are traditional or blended worship and recently added a contemporary service. If you are new to our community or just looking for a church home we hope that you will join us for one of our worship services.

Christmas CD to be Released
The Music Ministry of Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church recently completed their recording sessions in preparation for releasing its first Christmas CD. The CD will contain 12 Christmas carols that have been performed for the past several years by our choirs.
The title track on the CD will be O Come All Ye Faithful, which opens our Christmas Eve services each year and combines Chancel Choir, Youth Choir, Orchestra and Handbells.
Other titles include: The First Noel, All is Well, Still, Still, Still, Sing We Now of Christmas
The CD is being recorded by head engineer, Ken Faulkenberry of Audio Lab Studio here in Tampa. The CD will be composed and printed this summer and should be available for purchase by November 1st.
