Lake Carroll Cemetery, located at the north end of Lake Carroll on Armenia Avenue, is owned by and is a ministry of Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church. This is by far the closest cemetery to our church. Interment in our cemetery is reserved primarily, but not exclusively, for LMUMC members.
There are currently less than nine hundred plots left for sale in our cemetery. The Trustees have voted to offer individual plots to LMUMC members for $2000. The price for non-members is $3000, and it continues to be the Trustees' sense that sales be limited to those with long-term ties to our immediate area.

COLUMBARIUM & MEMORIAL GARDEN: Members of LMUMC are fortunate to have four ways to memorialize deceased loved ones on Lake Magdalene’s campus. The following are the different options: 1) Traditional burial at Lake Carroll Cemetery: $2000 per space for members. $3000 per space for approved non-members. 2) Cremation with burial in the Memorial Garden Columbarium: $1800 per niche, space for two urns. Brass urn: $50. Wooden urn: starting at $100. 3) Engraved brick, surrounding the cross in the Memorial Garden: $300 per brick. 4) On the Memorial Wall, in the Columbarium Memorial Garden, a granite plaque engraved with the name of a loved one buried elsewhere: $200 per plaque. A proposed free-standing columbarium is in the planning stages to be built in the north section of Lake Carroll Cemetery.
